About CS Energy

Lotus Creek Wind Farm Pty Ltd is owned by CS Energy, a Queensland Government owned energy corporation. CS Energy employs almost 700 people and provides power to some of the state’s biggest industries and employers.

We generate and sell electricity in the National Electricity Market, we are an energy retailer to large organisations, and we are investing in new renewable energy and firming assets, including the Lotus Creek Wind Farm, Boulder Creek Wind Farm, and the Greenbank Battery. Our existing portfolio includes the Callide and Kogan Creek power stations, Kogan Creek Mine and the Chinchilla Battery. We also trade energy generated by the Gladstone Power Station (in excess of the requirements of the Boyne Island aluminium smelter).

The Lotus Creek Wind Farm will be CS Energy’s first 100 per cent owned wind asset. We are investing in renewable energy to diversify our energy sources, support customer demand and provide future pathways for our people.
